SWEDISH MASSAGE

Long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic movements to relax the body, ease muscle tension, and promote a sense of overall well-being.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Slow, focused strokes and sustained pressure to address deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to relieve chronic muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility. Pressure is tailored to each client’s needs and comfort level.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Trigger points are tight, sensitive areas within muscles that can contribute to discomfort or pain in other parts of the body. This focused technique works with these areas to help release tension, improve comfort, and restore more natural movement. Particularly good for treating sciatica.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

The use of gentle, sustained pressure and stretching to release the restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. This treatment helps reduce tension, improve flexibility, restore mobility, and relieve discomfort caused by tight or restrictive tissues. Each session is tailored to your individual needs to help your body move more comfortably and freely.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

45 minutes — $130

A gentle, specialized massage technique that uses light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid through the body. It supports the lymphatic system in moving excess fluid from tissues, helping reduce swelling and promote fluid balance. Especially recommended for recovery after surgery.

POST MASTECTOMY

45 minutes — $130

Sensitive care following breast surgery to improve mobility, ease muscle tension, and address scar tissue restrictions. Care is provided with sensitivity, respect, and attention to each person’s healing journey.
